Kappershandel managed five separate Lightspeed shops, each with its own assortment, target group and way of working. Approach with a fixed cadence

For each shop, products, variants, customers, orders and content were carefully mapped and transferred. Through strict controls and test runs, historical data remained intact and catalog, filters and navigation aligned logically within Shopify. Each shop received a fresh look that matches the brand and the target group. The design was built on the same components and principles, so management remains efficient and the brand family remains recognizable. Images, copy and product presentation were optimized per shop for conversion and speed.

The Shopify environments were set up with clear roles and rights, streamlined collection and pricing structures and reports that the team uses daily. This allows each shop team to work independently, while management keeps the same insights everywhere.

Go-live without noise

During each go-live, order flows and customer service remained available. Redirects and indexation were neatly arranged, so findability and advertising continued. Teams received clear runbooks and checklists, so everyone could continue right away.

The result

All five shops now run on Shopify with a uniform technical foundation and room for brand and assortment differences. Management is more straightforward, further development is faster and the shopping experience is more consistent. The monthly cadence proved itself as a reliable rhythm that kept complexity manageable.
