Schminkspecialist, een toonaangevende leverancier van schmink en visagieproducten, stond voor de uitdaging om hun bestaande Logic4-omgeving te vervangen door een schaalbaar en toekomstbestendig platform. Met een assortiment van meer dan 500.000 items en hoge eisen aan performance en continuïteit, zocht het bedrijf naar een partner die een vlekkeloze migratie kon garanderen.

De uitdaging

Het oude systeem (Logic4) voldeed niet langer aan de wensen voor schaalbaarheid en gebruiksvriendelijkheid. De Schminkspecialist liep tegen problemen aan als:

• Verouderde UI, Logic4 werkt via Windows applicatie, niet in de cloud

• Alles aanpassingen zijn maatwerk en brengen daarom hoge ontwikkelingskosten met zich mee

• Matige SEO Structuren

De oplossing

Syncer® zorgde voor een naadloze overstap naar Shopify. Tijdens het project werden alle essentiële data continu gesynchroniseerd zodat de webshop online bleef en klanten vrijwel niets merkten van de migratie. Naast de online omgeving zorgde Syncer® ook voor de volledige POS migratie waardoor winkel en webshop via een Fulfilment koppeling volledig in sync lopen met externe voorraad locaties.
